It will look like 2 smaller bubbles when you have an unread message (like now).

Happy to be here with you. I grew up grinding my copies of the OT into the ground on Beta and then loving my Laserdisc Star Wars Definitive Collection. 🙂 I went out and bought the DVDs with the crappy version of the originals day 1 just to have some version of these great films that I can enjoy (and I still find myself putting that on way more than I watch the OT Blu-Rays…).
I’m super interested in the restorations of the OT and have been learning bits and pieces about the Despecialized Edition, 4K, etc., and I am looking forward to learning a lot more! 🙂 (I also ran across the Puggo edits somewhere else on the internet, and I’m strangely interested in that kind of drive-in, grindhouse-y experience of Star Wars, too!)
Other thoughts: I have just recently learned to love the prequels for the goofy space soap opera they are, I mostly appreciate the sequel series, I dug the other films and Mando, and I’m watching Clone Wars for the first time in the third season and having a lot of fun. 🙂

Hi, everyone! I’ve recently learned about the Despecialized Editions after spending a few decades being saddened by the state of the Original Trilogy, and I wanted to give everyone a hearty THANK YOU for the work you’re doing in preserving these classics. (My Beta versions can’t last forever, right? 😂 My Blu-Ray versions, while much prettier, just aren’t the same. 😔)
I’m interested in an NJVC set, and I’ve been slowly reading through this whole thread. If I understand correctly, the links to the mega where all the various files I’d need to (slowly, 10 at a time) download are currently down, correct? @SnooPac, I’m not quite sure how to pm on this forum, but if you’re still open to helping a guy out…could you pm me? 😁 Thanks! 🙂
